Note: If all the markers that you order are in stock, your order will normally be shipped in about 2-3 business days. If one or more markers are not in stock, it will normally take about 7-14 business days for us to make more and ship your order. Likewise, if you order any custom markers, it will take about 7-14 business days to make them and ship your order.
Sometimes, during the busiest time of the year for us (March- June), we get more orders than we can keep up with, and your order may take as long as 30 calendar days to ship. We apologize for this delay. If you don't receive your order in a timely fashion, know that we are working as hard as we can to get your Earthmarks garden markers to you.
NOTE: If you need to receive your order by a certain date, or if you have any special instructions, click on the "Add special instructions to the seller" link on the "Review your payment" page in PayPal. (It is found below the list of items that you are ordering), or you can send us an email. We can't guarantee that you will get your order on time, however we will try our best.
All domestic orders are shipped by either USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class Mail (up to 10-11 markers), or by USPS Priority Mail (12 or more markers). Shipping time is 2-5 business days for USPS First Class Mail and 2-3 business days for USPS Priority Mail.
